Hi! We want to make sure you know that we are open and ready to take care of you. We are offering touchless service. We will pickup, deliver and sanitize your vehicle for you. We know that in this uncertain time the last thing you want to worry about is your vehicle so we're making that one less thing to worry about.  If you car battery has died suddenly then it could be from a couple of issues. One it could be your battery is just old and it's time for a replacement. Your battery should last from 4 to 7 years, it just depends on the quality of your battery and the climate that you live in. The other option is that your alternator has stopped functioning and caused your battery to die. The only way to know for sure is to bring your vehicle in and we will do a free electrical test on it for you. We know that information is changing daily and sometimes by the hour, but we are dedicated to be here for you.  When you car is shaking and the check engine light is coming on and flashing it typically means that you have a misfire in your engine. It could be a spark plug that has gone bad or it could be something a bit more serious. Yes we are open!! We are considered an essential business, and we are here to take care of you. We know that things are changing moment to moment and it's a bit un-nerving to be sure. We are open and we will be staying open to keep you on the road. Having the freedom to go to the store, doctor or anywhere else that is vital for you is so important and we want to make sure you're getting to your destination. We are taking extreme caution to keep everyone safe. We are sanitizing your vehicle before and after service. Typically when your car makes a shrieking noise it's because the belt is loose and slipping on the pulley. This can be an issue with the belt it's self or it could be an issue with the pulley. Over time your belts wear and wear out. It could also be an issue with the tensioner or pulley where it starts to fail internally. This could be due to so many options. From a rock that is in your skid plate all the way to an issue with your engine. It's typically somewhere in between and the only way to know for sure is to have it examined and diagnosed. If your car is shaking when braking you could have an issue with your brakes. This could be from a bad brake caliper to a rotor that is warped. The only way to know is to have your brakes inspected. Right now things are worry some for sure. We do have hope that things will get better and we can go back to our lives.The one thing we can do is to look to the future and make our plans with the hope that better days are coming.  In our house we are making plans for camping trips, day trips to the beach and picnics at the lake. We all need something to look forward to and this is what we have. Hello, We've had a lot of questions about us staying open and we want to assure you we are here to take care of you. At the moment we have no plans to close - we are staying open. We are sterilizing every car when it arrives and then again before it leaves - this means wiping down all the touch points and we are wearing gloves to protect you and us. If you're concerned about going out then we are able to pickup and deliver your vehicle to you. If you choose this option then we will go over the details over the phone with you.  We have always offered a ride home or to work, and that is being slightly modified currently. If you need a ride instead we are going to come and get your car and we will drop if off for you when it's complete. Just a few helpful tips to keep you and your family healthy. 1. Vacuum - while you're cleaning your car do it a favor and vacuum those carpets and floor mats.  2. Using disinfecting wipes wipe down all touch areas. This includes door handles, steering wheel, seats, radio. Wipes are hard on your surfaces so I would recommend to condition them after they are disinfected to prevent premature wear.  3. Wash your windows.  4. If you have kids in car seats make sure you take those out, wash the cover and disinfect the rest.  5. Add tissues and a toss-able garbage container. I use to have reusable one but I tossed it to prevent germs from lingering.  6. Plan on doing a deep cleaning weekly for now, and anytime you drive your car at least do all the major touch points when you get home from your errands.  Questions?
