Why do I need to have my brake fluid serviced?

Did you know that when your brake fluid gets contaminated with moisture it can boil and make it hard for you to stop. When this happens it can damage your brake calipers and the other hydraulic components of your brake system. When a brake fluid service is performed we remove all the old fluid, put in new fresh fluid and clean out all the old fluid from your hydraulic brake components and make sure it's all topped off.  Give us a call and let us take care of you. Why do my brakes squeak?

Your brakes could be squeaking due to the type of material the brake pad is composed of, it could also be due to the pad being worn out. If your brake pad lining is thin then it can cause squeaking. Many manufacturers will make the brake pad squeak when they are worn to a specified amount to let you know they need to be changed. Why do my brakes smell

Typically brakes will smell when they get hot. This can be due to either riding the brakes or a possible failure of one of your brake components. Brakes are a vital component to your vehicle and should be checked regularly to make sure they are functioning properly. My brake are squealing

When your brakes are squealing it could be due to your brakes being low on material. When your brakes get to a predetermined amount typically 3-4mm then a squealer will let you know that your brakes are getting close to needing to be replaced. Why is my brake light on

This light typically comes on when our brake fluid is low. Your brake fluid could be low due to a leak in your braking system or because your brake pads are do to be serviced. The best way to know why your light is on is to make an appointment for a free brake inspection. We will check your brakes and your braking system and let you know why your light is on and what the next steps are. Why is my car shaking when I brake?

If your car is shaking when you press on the brakes then it could be that your rotors are  then it could be from your brakes. If your brake components get to hot then it can cause damage to your rotors that will cause a vibration when braking. When I Stop My Brakes Squeak

Your brakes may be squeaking due to the material they are made of, or because they are due to be changed. The brake pad has a squealer bracket that will make a noise when you apply the brake when it starts to get too thin. We do free brake inspections to make sure you're safe on all your travels. My brakes are squealing

Your brakes are probably squealing due to the fact the are ready to be replaced. Most brake pads have squealer tabs on them. When I press on the brake it makes a grinding noise and I can't stop

Anytime that your car is making noise when braking it needs to be inspected. If you're not able to stop when braking then you need to have your car towed to have it inspected. Why do I need to replace both calipers?

When one of your brake calipers fail it's very common to see the next one fail within a very short period of time. It also affects the equal braking on both of your wheels. We always recommend to replace both calipers if one has failed.
