Why does my car smoke?

Happy Wednesday! It's a short week with Monday being a holiday and I know it's thrown me for a loop like it always does. Yesterday was two days in one and today thankfully is just Wednesday.  If your car is smoking then it could be from a couple of different sources. One you could have oil leaking onto your exhaust that is causing the smoke to happen, other could be steam that looks like smoke coming from your cooling system. The only way to know what is happening is to have your car checked to make sure you are safe on all your travels.  Give us a call and let us take care of you 541-791-2886 Happy Adventures, Heather

My Engine is Smoking

Your engine could be smoking due to a fluid leak on your engine that is dripping onto the exhaust and causing it to smoke. This leak could be fuel, coolant or oil. If it is fuel or oil then it could catch on fire. This is a potentially dangerous situation and should be addressed immediately. Of course this is the worst case scenario and we would need to examine your vehicle to find out exactly where the smoke is coming from.  Give us a call and let us take care of you.  Happy Adventures,  Heather
