If you're having an issue with the catalytic converter and the recommendation is replacement the best bet is to have it replaced. A bad catalytic converter can cause many issues to your car and your engine. One of them being a plugged exhaust that causes back pressure then engine damage. I know I already wrote this on Friday, but I don't think you can say thank you to many times to the men and women who do and have served our country....and a little history that I found out over the weekend. WWI ended on November 11, 1918 making this the 100th anniversary of that date. It ended on the 11th month, the 11th day and the 11th  hour. The world would not be the place it is today without every single one of those men and women who served our country.  Did you know that veterans day is just that a day for those who have previously served our country, it is only for veterans and not for those who actively serve. I found that out this weekend when I was telling one of my dearest friends happy veterans day and thanking him once again for his service. He always says thank you but did correct me for the future. That indicator is for the electronic throttle control and if it comes on it is best to have it checked out. Many throttles (gas pedal) are not controlled electronically and not by a cable.  Happy Adventures Heather

I recommend to replace your wipers at least once a year, much of that depends on the type of wipers that are on your vehicle and how much time it spends in the sun.  The sun attacks the material they are made out of and it causing them to streak and chatter as they wipe the window. If your car is indoors much of the time then you won't have to replace them as often.  Happy Adventures Heather

Corrosion on top of your battery could be caused from a bad connection, but most of the time the battery itself is leaking through the seal around the post. If you have it cleaned and the corrosion comes back then it's time to replace your battery.  We can do a battery check for you, battery acid needs to be handled carefully and fumes can lead to an explosion. A couple weeks ago Jason and I were fortunate enough to get to go with our oldest son to a water polo tournament in Modesto California. We made it a family trip and it was an awesome experience. The boys did well in the tournament and I look forward to going again in the future.  That being said it made me think that the holidays are not to far away and with that comes all the travel to grandma's house and to visit all those friends and relatives.
