Diesel's typically smoke because they either have to much fuel going into the engine and it's not getting used, or it's consuming oil. Either way it needs to get checked to make sure your engine is performing at optimal efficiency. Give us a call or request an appointment online. 541-791-2886 Happy Adventures, Heather

If you're diesel is blowing blue smoke it typically means it's either burning oil when it shouldn't be or it's getting to much fuel in the engine and that isn't being used. Either of these issues can cause poor fuel mileage and your engine to not run as it should. Give us a call or request an appointment online and we will make sure you get to where you want to be. It is most likely smoking because it has a leak. When oil leaks onto the exhaust it can cause smoke. While it doesn't happen all the time it could catch on fire and cause an even bigger issue. You should have it checked immediately, to keep you safe and those around you. Give us a call and we will get it checked for you. Happy Adventures, Heather

I know today is black Friday and that itself has become a national holiday, but with all of that please remember to shop at the local stores in your town. They are small businesses trying to provide for there families, they work long hours with very little reward other than to know they are making a difference in the lives of the people who they employ and to there children. We are a small business too and sometimes people forget. Please remember to shop small and support that local family who is doing their best to make a difference. Happy Adventures, Heather

Why does my diesel smoke? When your diesel is smoking that is typically (not always) unburnt fuel. That means that smoke is raw diesel coming out the tail pipe. When you're looking for fuel economy is not the way to go. We can make your pickup run more efficiently and still have all the hauling capabilities that you purchased it for. Happy Adventures Heather
