It would be 0 stars if there was a option for it. I called to get a quote on a rear main seal replacement job on my car, I explained that I just took the car to the dealership and paid to get it diagnosed and I have the print out for it. They then told me they would give me a quote over the phone, and I would have to pay them $65 for another diagnosis even though I had the dealerships paperwork. One word SHADY
Mr. T, Our company policy of not giving quotes over the phone is due to a very high occurrence of misdiagnosis by another person, shop, the All Mighty Google, or even by the dealer, and miscommunication of the conditions leading to an incorrect price either high or low. We believe in being as transparent and up front as possible to avoid the 'Oh by the way!' phone calls. Our diagnostics start at $65, but this does not apply to all visits or procedures. We err on the side of caution letting you know that this may take some diagnostic time, and if less or no actual diagnostic time is necessary, this fee is often waived. Once we have an accurate picture of your vehicles and your needs we can then give a much more exact cost of the repairs needed. We work very hard to educate our customers on the needs and maintenance of their specific vehicle, and give advice that best suits their needs and not ours. We do our very best to provide the highest quality level repair, service, and advice to all of our customers new and old. I personally feel that it's pretty hard to judge a business based solely on a brief phone conversation. Best Regards, Jason
