I was referred to J & H Automotive and I am now a satisfied customer confident enough to refer them as well. They are friendly yet professional and provide customer service as if they love what they do! Refreshing!

My vehicle overheated in a small town on Hwy. 99. I called a local shop but they didn't work on BMWs. They recommended J&H so I called them. When I had my car towed to their shop two days later they were ready for my arrival. Very friendly and courteous reception; I felt welcome as soon as I walked in. After a diagnosis they called with an estimate and discussed the recommended work. The repairs were made and the vehicle was ready when they said it would be. They were also willing to make arrangements so I could pick up the car after hours. If you're looking for a smaller, customer-oriented shop I would highly recommend giving J&H a call the next time your vehicle needs service or repair.

I've been going here for a couple of years now and when I have an issue with my car I always know that they can find it and fix it. I did have a terrible oil leak and the past five mechanics couldn't fix it... it still leaked badly every time. Finally, I thought I would try J and H and explained that if they couldn't fix it I'd be getting another car. They were able to fix and find all of the leak points and it hasn't leaked since. They have always been timely on giving me updates, have been very accurate on their estimates for repairs, and have kept their warranties for me. They do seem higher in costs for labor compared to some at times, yet I know I can always trust them and that their work is dependable every time. They forever have my service.

Excellent service! When my vehicle was in the shop they provided a loaner car for me to use. I have chosen to do business with J & H because of their quality for work and consideration for practical work needed because they care about their customers. I would highly recommend that you consider J & H for your vehicle maintenances & repair.

Excellent service as always. Amber made arrangements for me to use their loaner car so I could meet my work obligations and she called me twice as they worked on my truck to update me on the status and what I should expect. They completed the work early and had no problem waiting until I was off work for me to pick up the truck. As usual, it runs like a top! I'll see them again in 3 months for an oil change and some additional work that needs done. I appreciate their commitment to quality mixed with practicality and pragmatism (and consideration for my budget). The work that needs done is not urgent, doesn't affect the quality of how the vehicle is operating, and by waiting 3 months till the oil change is due we won't have to change out the oil unnecessarily and waste it before it was due.

The service was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. Gracie the bulldog kept me company while I waited.

In all my encounters with J&H Automotive, the experience has been overwhelmingly positive. My car is always serviced right away and in a timely manner, and every employee is kind and helpful towards me. As an added bonus, you get to hang out with 2 nice dogs while your car is being worked on. I would recommend them to everyone I know.
