Excellent service as always. Amber made arrangements for me to use their loaner car so I could meet my work obligations and she called me twice as they worked on my truck to update me on the status and what I should expect. They completed the work early and had no problem waiting until I was off work for me to pick up the truck. As usual, it runs like a top! I'll see them again in 3 months for an oil change and some additional work that needs done. I appreciate their commitment to quality mixed with practicality and pragmatism (and consideration for my budget). The work that needs done is not urgent, doesn't affect the quality of how the vehicle is operating, and by waiting 3 months till the oil change is due we won't have to change out the oil unnecessarily and waste it before it was due.

The service was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. Gracie the bulldog kept me company while I waited.

In all my encounters with J&H Automotive, the experience has been overwhelmingly positive. My car is always serviced right away and in a timely manner, and every employee is kind and helpful towards me. As an added bonus, you get to hang out with 2 nice dogs while your car is being worked on. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

J&H has the best customer service. They took my car to get the Engine Control Module replaced at a dealership. They picked up my car for me then delivered it to my work when I couldn't pick it up. They made sure I knew what was wrong with my car and kept me informed with the progress. I won't go to anybody else for my car.

I have never had anybody work with me the way J&H have worked with me. They contact me with updates. They have gone above and beyond in service. I trust J&H.

Very good work. They checked the truck over and found the batteries were getting slightly weak along with other point checks. The glow plugs were replaced in a timely manor.
