We have been bringing our cars and diesel pick-up to J & H for years. Jason, Heather, and the crew have always been friendly and professional. You can trust them to do a great job on your vehicle at a very fair price. I wish politicians had the integrity and were as trustworthy as the great folks at J & H.

My check engine light came on and I had no idea where to take my car as I had just moved. J&H was referred by my employer DLF. I am so happy I took my car to them. Not only did they replace the thermostat but did an oil change. They also said my brake fluid was so old it looked green and moldy. Yikes! Changed the brake fluid. I had bent my trunk so it wouldn’t close properly and they fixed it for me with out charging me. Best place I’ve been for a long time. I think I found my new auto shop! Thank you , Cheryl W and loved the fur babies!

My car died the day my husband left for a weeks long hunting trip. I gave J&H a call to see if they could help me. They gave me a great recommendation on a good and fair towing company and then diagnosed and repaired my car with great communication.

I broke down on I5. The tow truck company took me to H&J. I had a great experience with them. They fixed my vehicle in the amount of time I needed it done and sent me on my way. I know I was just passing threw and wouldn't be back down this way again but they took care of my situation as if I would be a return customer.

I love my 2015 Chrysler 300S & I do research before I go to a new shop. I was impressed with the ratings here & I noticed the few poor ratings were unfair & inaccurate at best. My driver's side vents blew cold & the passenger side felt like someone was breathing on you!! I went to Valvoline instant oil change & they refused to fill up the freon and suggested J&H. I was a little frustrated due to lack of communication. But afterwards I was honest with Heidi and she had a valid explanation; & I forgot all about it when I got an Extremely low Bill, $320 and I am back on the road ice cold air Blowing in my hair!! 😍 Thanks Again Heidi and Jason, I will be back and I definitely recommend others go check it out; you won't be disappointed!!

I love this place!! After dealing with a nightmare repair shop on Hill St. in Albany that had my vehicle for 2 weeks twice took almost 3 months to get it repaired correctly. I found J & H by accident, and I'm glad I did!! The tire shop broke off a stud (they were old). They told me to contact J & H and they would replace it. The bill would be paid by the tire shop. They got me in rather fast compared to past experiences. While replacing the stud the mechanic spotted a problem that should have been taken care of some time ago. I was shown pictures of it 1st of all. 3 days later I had that repaired. One of the main reasons I had it repaired so quickly was the price, but the main reason was during the stud replacement I sat and waited for the repair to be done. During this short period of times 3 customers came in. Every customer that came in they acted if they were family. Now I feel like I joined the group. Heather the owner is Awesome!! Tyler (I believe is the shop manager) is the nicest guy you want to meet. J & H will be my vehicles hospital when needed!!
