That streaking can lead to bigger problems
In the Pacific Northwest we see all the seasons, rain, sun, and even some snow now and again. Your wipers work hard all year to keep your windshield clean so you can see where you're headed. Over time those little blades of rubber start to wear out and get hard. This causes streaking and even noise when you turn them on and less visibility for you.
Due to the wide range of seasons that we see we recommend changing your wipers when they need it of course. With that you can expect to change out your wipers around twice a year.
