My car has a puddle under it

Posted on 8/28/2019

Depending on where your puddle is it could be nothing, or it could be a leak from your engine or transmission. When using your air conditioning, the evaporator core inside your dash gets really cold and it can freeze causing ice to build up on the core. When you stop, it will warm up and as it thaws the water will drain out the bottom of the box. This drain is typically on the passenger side of your car and it will leave a water puddle under your car. If at any time you are concerned it could be something else, please don't hesitate to stop by and we will make sure you're safe on all your adventures.
