My car makes a noise when I turn at low speeds

This could be due to an issue with your power steering pump, or your suspension components. If your power steering pump is low on fluid it will cause your pump to be loud and potentially cause damage to your power steering pump. On the suspension side of things, it could easily be worn out bushings causing your noise.
