My diesel has no power

Posted on 7/14/2020

Your diesel could have a lack of power if your turbo is not working properly. This could be due to the internal components of your turbo failing. If the veins of the turbo are sticking or stuck closed, then it will cause a low boost issue and then that will cause a lack of power. There are other components in the turbo that will also cause a lack of power. If the actuator fails then the turbo will also be stuck in the wrong position causing a lack of power.
