Great job: I was driving north on I-5 during a rain storm volt meter said 8 volts on my 2007 dodge diesel, called J&H on the chance they might be able to get me a new alternator. My expectations were low considering the situation. It was just lunch time and they said they could work me in after lunch. Yahoo! I pulled into their shop at noon they sent one of their employees to Albany to get the new parts and had them back at shop at 1:00 when the mechanic returned from lunch. They took truck directly in and had it ready for the road by 2:00. One hr shop time , many thanks to the J&H team for getting us going in record time, drove on to Pendleton everything worked perfectly. Nice Mom and Pop business

Can't say enough good things about J&H Automotive and Tyler! Daughter's car had a radiator issue on I-5 headed to Portland from Eugene, OR. Car was towed to J&H and Tyler was my contact (I live out of state and was trying to assist my daughter.) Tyler was helpful, professional and caring in our time of "crisis." J&H provided a thorough estimate of costs to repair and repaired as promised. Do not hesitate to use this company. Fair, Honest and compassionate family business. I highly recommend!

J & h recently put a new engine in our 2015 dodge ram 1500 truck. Major project & certainly expensive but we felt their price was very fair. These folks are knowledgeable, skilled, great at explaining what needs to be done….& they even finished before the original estimated time. Now Betsy purrs like a kitten & is good for many more miles of driving adventures. Thank you Tyler for your kindness, patience & follow up! Bottom line: we would trust our vehicles to j & h for any work, small or large.
