I highly recommend J & H for your automotive repair needs. Great customer service, problem fixed, and a very fair price.

If I could rate them higher I would. My youngest daughters car was having issues and we were already down a car (that I was working on) and she needed it for school and work. Dealer told us it was clutch & forks @ a cost of 3 grand. long story short J&H found the real problem and after diagnostic/new battery & real issue fixed it was under 1 grand. It isn't just the cost they saved us on but the service is out of this world. Their mechanics are actual mechanics that don't just use the diagnostic or OB's to tell them what the issues are but they use their experience and mechanical knowledge. J&H shows they don't just run a shop to make money at the expense of someone who is in need of help but they really care about the people and doing what they can to help fix the situations they may be in due to car problems. We won't ever go back to the local dealer or any other shop.

Great job: I was driving north on I-5 during a rain storm volt meter said 8 volts on my 2007 dodge diesel, called J&H on the chance they might be able to get me a new alternator. My expectations were low considering the situation. It was just lunch time and they said they could work me in after lunch. Yahoo! I pulled into their shop at noon they sent one of their employees to Albany to get the new parts and had them back at shop at 1:00 when the mechanic returned from lunch. They took truck directly in and had it ready for the road by 2:00. One hr shop time , many thanks to the J&H team for getting us going in record time, drove on to Pendleton everything worked perfectly. Nice Mom and Pop business
