Performed a minor alignment on my lowered Fiesta st. Quoted $75 over the phone. Charged $128.32 when I picked the car up, a 60 percent increase. Didn't touch camber and one side is half a degree more than the other, which will wear the edges of my thousand dollar michelin tires. Pretty upset overall. They charged enough to do it right and chose to skip an important step in the alignment. When given the opportunity to correct the situation, the underqualified technician and service adviser actually yelled at me. Car started at -3.0*, I requested between -1.5*/-2.0* front camber and the technician gave it -1.3* just to be rude. I didn't spend $4k on suspension for cleetus the dropout to think he knows best, and if they didn't want to align it to my specs they should have said so. I have been in the auto repair industry for 16 years and this is the worst experience I have had with another shop. I was told to just shut-up and pick up my car, and not a word was said when I picked it up. Wild experience. Dishonest and unqualified.
