When I turn the key my pickup won't start it just clicks

This could be due to an issue with your starting system. If your starting is fail then when you go to start your engine it will make a click noise. Of course there could be a secondary issue along with the starter, but most of the time we find it is a simple fix. Give us a call and let us take care of you.
