Why does my car shock me?

Posted on 4/3/2019

Your vehicle is shocking you due to excess static electricity from a bad ground strap. All vehicles have a ground strap and if yours had worn out, or broken then it can cause your vehicle to shock you. If this is happening to you then you need to have it checked to see if it needs replaced or just repaired.

If you're concerned please give us a call or request an appointment online.
