Why does my car squeal when turning

We're open and accepting appointments. We hope you're safe and doing well. We are sure you're going stir crazy and can't wait to get out and about again.

If your car is squealing when turning then it could be from a couple of reasons. One would be that your power steering pump is going out, and when that happens your steering may be harder than normal, your car may shake and the pump could squeal when turning due to air getting into the system. I would consider this a safety concern since turning and steering are vital parts of controlling your vehicle.
