I was told I have a CAT efficiency code. Why??

This code can be due to an issue with your fuel emissions system. It could be from something as simple as bad fuel or something more serious like an internal fault within the catalytic converter. If it is an issue with the catalytic converter then the converter will need to be replaced and the system will need to be retested.
