My car won't run

Posted on 12/15/2020

If your car won't run then it could be due to a faulty fuel pump. Most of the time your fuel pump is an electrical component and over time it will wear out and need to be replaced. This isn't typically something that can be detected prior to the fuel pump failing. A tip to help your fuel pump last longer keep your fuel tank over 1/4 tank. When your tank has less than 1/4 then it can cause your fuel pump to suck air and it can shorten the lifespan.
