They keep your vehicle safe

Sway bar bushings attach the sway bar to the frame and allow it to pivot up and down. When these bushing become worn they can potentially cause a noise and if reduces it ability to reduce body roll when cornering. This can make your vehicle less stable if you have to swerve around an object in the road.
The picture above shows a sway bar bushing that has seen better days and is need of replacement. Because they are made of rubber, these bushings are constantly exposed to friction, heat, and moisture. Over time, the rubber dries out, cracks, hardens, or completely tears.
Replacing worn bushings early is an affordable fix that restores your smooth ride and protects the rest of your suspension components from taking a beating.
