If you have a front wheel drive car this isn't something you need to worry about since you don't have a rear differential. If your car is rear wheel drive, 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive then this is for you. Your rear differential should be serviced every 30,000 to 50,000 miles and this depends on if you tow and the type of fluid that your rear differential takes. If you put off your maintenance it can cause damage to your engine and the other components. It can also leave you stranded on the side of the road with a broken vehicle. Your coolant is an important component to your engines health without it your engine would overheat and damage your engine. Over time your coolant breaks down and no longer cools your engine properly. We recommend that you have your cooling system fluid serviced every 60K miles and your hoses to be serviced at 120K. The answer is yes, really that shouldn't surprise you much. When your brake fluid becomes contaminated with water - it draws moisture out of the air - it can cause your brake components to rust from the inside out. It will break down your seals, master cylinder, calipers and wheel cylinders then you will have a leak or a seized caliper.
