What services does my car need for spring? Spring has finally arrived in the Willamette Valley. The weather is getting warmer, and it is so nice the sun is still out when I get off work. Every season has its own requirements and challenges. Spring in Oregon typically means rain and more rain. This could mean a new set of wipers. Possibly a tire alignment and/or rotation. All the rain is what makes Oregon green and beautiful. If you have lived here for a bit, you find you do not mind the rain to much. Spring means day trips to go fishing and hiking. It also means spring cleaning and organizing. Spring is a great time to get your car on the schedule for an oil change. It is also a good time to have your car checked out to make sure those day trips are good family fun. It gives you piece of mind and one less thing to worry about. It is a good time to get caught up on maintenance before summer comes and you are ready to go play. Give us a call and let us take care of you. Find us ... read more

Today I bring you another tail of the Civic that we see on a regular basis. Today she has 601,645 miles. Yes that is correct. The reason she has that many miles is due to an amazing owner who has taken such good care of her car. We see her every 3,000 miles and we do all of her factory scheduled recommended services when they're needed. Today she brought her in for her 3,000 mile service and inspection. Today was an easy day, she just needed an oil change and a turn signal bulb replaced. We talked with the owner and let her know that in another 15,000 miles she would be due for her struts and then in 30,000 miles she would need a tune up. We always let her know what's coming up next so it's not a surprise for her. Are you ready for a maintenance schedule? Are you ready to know what's coming up next so you're not surprised by what it takes to take care of your car. Give us a call and let us take care of you. We will make you a customized maintenanc ... read more

I am not someone who makes new year resolutions, maybe I should be but it's just not my personality. Typically if I decide I'm going to do something then I just do it and move on. Now when you're trying to make better habits it takes time and help. We're here to help you with your car maintenance when you need it. While we love to see our clients smiling faces sometimes you don't love to see us when you're having car problems. We're trying to fix that for you by getting your car on a maintenance schedule. If you know when your next oil change, tune up, and/or fluid service is due then you can plan ahead and it takes all the stress out of your day. Plus it helps to prevent breakdowns, it won't completely solve all your car problems, but with proper maintenance it will lessen the time your car needs to be in the shop. Give us a call and let us take care of you. Happy Adventures, Heather

We here this sometimes and typically it's an older vehicle that just needs some regular maintenance. Now your vehicle may not be worth per blue book what it could take to keep it on the road, but with the same money could you go out and buy a different vehicle that is in better shape. 9 times out of 10 no you can't. Now if you're in the market for a newer vehicle or a new one, then take the money and put it as a down payment on that new vehicle. To us as long as you're safe on the road that's what really matters. It's your vehicle and it's your choice as to how you maintain it, we're just here to give you advice and guide you. Give us a call and let us take care of you. Happy Adventures, Heather
