Every engine is different, and every manufacturer has a different interval for when your spark plugs should be changed. On a Kia you should have your spark plugs changed every 30,000 to 45,000 miles. This depends on how you drive and the quality of spark plugs. Give us a call and let us take care of you. 541-791-2886 Happy Adventures, Heather

Every engine is different, so there is no one model that works. Many of the engines that we see these days need a tune up at 90,000 miles. There are many manufactures out there that are still recommending tune ups at 30,000 and 60,000 miles too. Older vehicles need to have a tune up more frequently and some European cars only need a tune up every 120,000 miles. With any of this we would just need to check it and make sure before giving you the correct information. Give us a call and let us take care of you 541-791-2886 Happy Adventures, Heather

"Tune ups" are when your spark plugs, wires and/or coil boots along with a distributor cap and ignition rotor are changed. As for the interval that depends on your engine. Older vehicles need to have a tune-up every 30,000 to 60,0000, while newer engines can wait until 90,000 to be serviced. It really just depends on your engine. A tune up is when we replace the spark plugs and wires and or boots on your engine. We also replace the fuel filter if it is external. Depending on the age and engine we may also need to replace the distributor cap and ignition rotor. Tune ups should be done every 30,000 to 90,000 miles - this is a wide range and it all depends on your engine. Give us a call to set up your appointment today. Happy Adventures, Heather
