The disc brake caliper has an internal piston. This will cause your brakes to get hot. Over time it will cause your brake pads to wear prematurely and uneven wear. You may notice that your fuel mileage has gone down as well. It will also cause your fuel mileage to go down. It will also cause damage to other components if it is not repaired.
