Why is my brake fluid green?

Your brake fluid will become green when it is contaminated with moisture from the air. The moisture content of your brake fluid should not be above 3%. It needs to be serviced any time it is above 3%. This green color is from algae that grows in the brake fluid from the moisture. This moisture is damaging to your braking components. Give us a call and let us take care of you.

Happy Adventures,
