Why does my car battery light come on?

The battery light on your dash indicates that your electrical system is not working properly. This can be due to the alternator failing or an issue with your battery cables or terminals. This is something that should not be ignored, if you are only running on your battery and your alternator is not charging properly then it can cause your vehicle to die and it can leave you stranded. Why is my car leaking coolant?

Anytime your vehicle is leaking any fluid it needs to be addressed. The fluids are like your blood it keeps your vehicle going. There are a few places that your coolant can leak from including your hoses, radiator, heater core, water pump and thermostat. It also flows through your engine to keep it cool. When turn the key it won't start

This can be from so many different reasons. One reason is that your fuel pump has failed. Your fuel pump pumps fuel from your fuel tank to your engine. They have a motor on them and they do fail after time. When replacing your fuel pump you should always replace your fuel filter at the same time. My clutch isn't working

If your clutch isn't working properly it could be due to a bearing that is worn out or seized inside of your clutch. It could also be from an issue with your master cylinder or your slave cylinder. My brakes are grinding

When your brakes start to grind this can be a indication that your brake pad material is gone or worn out. If your brakes have gone metal to metal it can be dangerous and drastically increase the cost of the repairs. This noise can also be as simple as a rock that is stuck in your rotor or backing plate. Why does my car shake when I accelerate?

Your car can shake on acceleration for so many reasons. It can be from a worn out motor mount to an engine run-a-bility issue. It can also be from an issue with your steering and suspension components. Why did my car start to shake?

Having your car act up is never a good time and typically it's very worrisome. When your driving and your car starts to shake it could be from an old spark plug. Your spark plugs should be changed every 30,000 miles to 90,000 miles. Why does my steering wheel shake?

Your steering wheel can shake from a lost wheel weight on one of your wheels or it could be an issue with your brakes, steering or suspension. All of those can cause a shake and depending on what and why it's shaking it could lead to a failure if not taken care of. My car has a rattle. Why?

Your car may have a rattle due to a loose heat shield on the exhaust. This heat shield protects your car from the heat radiating off the exhaust. Your heat shield is made of metal and over time where it is held on can become damaged and it can come loose. When this happens it will cause a rattle from the heat shield laying on your exhaust. My rear brake got hot. Why?

This is most likely due to an issue with one or both of your brake calipers. If you brake caliper sticks or seizes then it can cause your brakes to get very hot and if it is ignored then worst case they could catch on fire. We do free brake inspections.
