If your car sounds loud it could be the the engine fan running constantly. Timing belts should be done every 60-90K miles depending on your engine. When we do timing belts we also change your water pump, pulleys, thermostat, serpentine belts and the camshaft and crankshaft seals. Most of these all come in a complete kit and you know Murphy's law if you don't change it when you're there it will leak later. Is your key sticking or just not wanting to come out at all? It's most likely the tumbler has failed and is causing the issue. The only way to fix it is to have the tumbler replaced and depending on how worn the key is, it may have to be replaced also. When you're check engine light comes on it means that an error has occurred with the operating system in your car. It can be anything from a faulty fuel cap to a sensor or issue with the transmission. While it's great to have low miles on your car, it can also be an problem if it hasn't been driven enough. The oil helps to lubricate the seals and gaskets without the lubrication the seals can become hard and shrink causing the oil leak. If you have a vehicle that isn't your daily driver or one that just sits around as a back up vehicle it's best practices to drive it once a week if possible.
