We are sure you're going stir crazy and can't wait to get out and about again.  If your car is squealing when turning then it could be from a couple of reasons. One would be that your power steering pump is going out, and when that happens your steering may be harder than normal, your car may shake and the pump could squeal when turning due to air getting into the system. If your fluid is low then it can cause shifting issues. This can also happen if it's been overfilled. We would suggest that you make an appointment to have your transmission checked.  We are a full service shop, we will take care of all your vehicles needs so there is no reason to go somewhere else. We are here for you please let us know if you need anything.  It's that time of year again where you use your heater in the morning and by afternoon you're turning on the air conditioner. If your air conditioner is only blowing hot then it is probably out of refrigerant and it may just need to be recharged, it could also have a leak in the system causing your issue. It's the season again when it's cold in the morning and by afternoon you're using your air conditioner. Now is the time to get your air conditioner serviced before it gets hot out and you're in a bind or before you go on that road trip. Your steering wheel may be shaking due to an issue with your power steering pump. If your power steering pump is low on fluid is can make noise and cause a shaking in your engine that transfers to your steering wheel. If the power steering pump is leaking then it will need to be replaced. Did you know that when your brake fluid gets contaminated with moisture it can boil and make it hard for you to stop. When this happens it can damage your brake calipers and the other hydraulic components of your brake system. Your brakes could be squeaking due to the type of material the brake pad is composed of, it could also be due to the pad being worn out. If your brake pad lining is thin then it can cause squeaking. Many manufacturers will make the brake pad squeak when they are worn to a specified amount to let you know they need to be changed.
